This work is a photographical exploration of glacier formations, their mass and the scarring of the glacier cover. When I traveled to Iceland in 2021, I saw the most beautiful spectacles of nature and wanted to depict the power as well as changes of nature. I was fascinated by the furrow and weavings of this Icelandic glacier mixed with the volcanic rock. How the masses intermingle, creating nature's own formal language. At the same time, the photographs show traces of countless years of change and the transience of nature, shaped by climate change.
