BILDAUFBEREITUNG

Folgende Einstellungen für deine Bilder sind ideal:
AUFLÖSUNG: 150 - 240 dpi
FARBPROFIL: AdobeRGB oder sRGB
FORMAT: JPG, TIFF (ohne Ebenen), PNG

Bitte bestelle deine Bilder gleich sofort, damit Printolino mit der Produktion beginnen kann und kein Last Minute Stau entsteht. Herzlichen Dank.

BESTELLEN

Deine Bilder musst Du in genau der Grösse bestellen, wie sie auf der Liste im Anhang aufgeführt sind. Es darf keine Abweichungen geben. Deine Bilder wurden massgeschneidert auf deine Wand im Haus der Fotografie kuratiert.

ALLGEMEINE BEDINGUNGEN

Wie bei der Ausschreibung erwähnt, musst du bei Printolino drucken lassen, damit wir eine konsistent hohe Qualität sowie Wetterfestigkeit erreichen.

Die Kosten der Produktion gehen zu deinen Lasten. Du bekommst von uns mit dem E-Mail einen Gutscheincode**, mit welchem du eine Vergünstigung erhältst.
Du musst dich aber weder um den Transport nach Olten noch um die Montage deiner Bilder kümmern. Das erledigen wir.

Nach dem Bestellprozess bei Printolino bekommst du eine Rechnung (Kreditkarte ist keine Zahlungsoption)
Du musst die Rechnung innerhalb von 3 Tagen nach Erhalt überweisen.
Solltest du die Rechnung bis zum 15.8.2025 nicht bezahlt haben, so wirst du von der Ausstellung ausgeschlossen.
Die Rechnung bleibt trotzdem bestehen.
Solltest du diese trotzdem nicht bezahlen, dann werden die Bilder versteigert, um die Printkosten zu bezahlen. Ein allfälliger Erlösüberschuss geht vollumfänglich an das IPFO.

**Der Gutscheincode darf ausdrücklich nur für deine IPFO Bilder benutzt und nicht weitergegeben werden. Bei Missbrauch, werden die effektiven Kosten nachverrechnet.

IMPORTANT - DATES

Merci de commander tes images immédiatement afin que Printolino puisse commencer la production et éviter les embouteillages de dernière minute. Merci de tout cœur.

Dans tous les cas, tu dois commander tes images chez Printolino avant la date suivante :

COMMANDER

Tu dois commander tes images dans la taille exacte indiquée sur la liste en annexe. Il ne doit y avoir aucune différence. Tes images ont été curatées sur mesure pour ton mur à la Maison de la Photographie.

Commande tes images sur → www.printolino.ch en suivant les instructions ci-dessous. Tu trouveras le code du bon dans l'e-mail.

CONDITIONS GÉNÉRALES

Comme mentionné lors de l'appel d'offres, tu dois faire imprimer chez Printolino afin que nous obtenions une qualité élevée constante ainsi qu'une résistance aux intempéries.

Les coûts de production sont à ta charge. Nous t'enverrons par e-mail un code de bon** qui te permettra de bénéficier d'une réduction.Tu n'as cependant pas à t'occuper du transport jusqu'à Olten ni du montage de tes images. C'est nous qui nous en chargeons.

Après le processus de commande chez Printolino, tu reçois une facture (la carte de crédit n'est pas une option de paiement).
Tu dois payer la facture dans les 3 jours suivant sa réception.
Si tu n'as pas payé la facture avant le 15 août 2025, tu seras exclu de l'exposition.
La facture reste tout de même valable.
Si tu ne la paies toujours pas, les images seront mises aux enchères pour payer les frais d'impression. L'éventuel excédent de recettes sera intégralement reversé à l'IPFO.

**Le code du bon ne doit expressément être utilisé que pour tes images IPFO et ne doit pas être transmis. En cas d'abus, les coûts effectifs seront facturés ultérieurement.

Please order your pictures right away so that Printolino can start production and there is no last minute jam. Thank you very much.

In any case, you must order your pictures from Printolino by the following date:

ORDER

You must order your pictures in exactly the size shown in the email on the attached list. There must be no deviations. Your pictures have been curated to fit your wall in the House of Photography.

Order your images at → www.printolino.ch using the instructions below. You will find the voucher code in the email.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

As mentioned in the RFP, you must print at Printolino so that we can achieve consistent high quality as well as weather resistance.

The cost of production is at your expense. You will receive a voucher code** with an e-mail, with which you will receive a discount, but you do not have to take care of the transport to Olten or the mounting of your pictures. We take care of that.

After the order process at Printolino you will receive an invoice (credit card is not a payment option).
You have to transfer the invoice within 3 days after receiving it.
If you have not paid the invoice by 15.8.2025, you will be excluded from the exhibition.
The invoice will still be valid.
If you still do not pay the invoice, the images will be auctioned to pay for the print costs. Any surplus proceeds will go in full to the IPFO.

**The voucher code may only be used for your IPFO images and may not be passed on. In case of misuse, the actual costs will be charged.
