Die PHOTOVILLE4600 Ausstellung zeigt die Werke von rund 50 Künstler:innen, die von einer hochkarätigen internationalen Jury ausgewählt wurden und im Haus der Fotografie präsentiert werden. Im Festivaljahr findet die Ausstellung während 5 Tagen unter freiem Himmel statt. Im Zwischenjahr im Haus der Fotografie.

    Aus der PHOTOVILLE4600 wird der/die beste Fotograf:in ausgewählt, welche den mit CHF 2’500.00 dotierten IPFO SWISS PHOTO AWARD gewinnt. Für jede Kategorie besteht zudem ein Preisgeld von CHF 2’000.00.

    Der Nachwuchsförderpreis richtet sich an Fotograf:innen unter 25 Jahren und wird pro Kategorie vergeben. Das Preisgeld beträgt CHF 500.00

  • Die Bewerbungsgebühr richtet sich an die Anzahl Bilder die du einreichst und muss bei der Anmeldung mit Kreditkarte beglichen werden.

  • Ja, es steht dir frei, ob du mehrere Projekte einreichen willst. Pro Fotograf:in werden jedoch maximal 6 Bilder an der PHOTOVILLE4600 gezeigt.
    Eine Anmeldung besteht aus bis zu 6 Bildern (Einzelbilder oder Serie).
    Die Jury kann aber auch nur 1 oder 2 Bilder selektionieren. Dies würden wir dir dann mitteilen, wenn du ausgewählt wirst.

  • Wenn du für die Fotoausstellung PHOTOVILLE4600 ausgewählt wirst, fällt eine Teilnahmegebühr von CHF 170.00 an.

    Hinzu kommen die Produktionskosten für deine Bilder. Die Bilder müssen bei unserem Partner Printolino.ch gedruckt werden. Du profitierst von einem Sonderrabatt.

    Pro m2 zahlst du für ein Bild (auf Alu-Dibond aufgezogen und matt laminiert) ungefähr CHF 355.00 (Rabatt bereits abgezogen). Zusätzlich gibt es pro Bild zwei Aufhänger für je CHF 7.00 (inkl. MwSt.).

    Vergiss nicht, dass wir deine Bilder sowohl im Haus der Fotografie als auch in unserem Online-Shop zum Verkauf anbieten können und du die Kosten mehr als wieder reinholen kannst.

    • Unter allen Aussteller:innen vergibt die Jury der besten Fotografin/dem besten Fotografen den IPFO SWISS PHOTO AWARD, welcher mit einem Preisgeld von CHF 2’500.00 dotiert ist.

    • Weiter wird aus jeder Kategorie ein/e Sieger:in bestimmt. Das Preisgeld beträgt hier CHF 2’000.00.

    • Bist du 25 Jahre und jünger, dann kannst du auch noch den Nachwuchspreis (pro Kateeorie) im Wert von CHF 500.00 gewinnen.

    • Alle Preise werden in bar ausbezahlt (via Überweisung) und von der Hans und Beatrice Maurer-Billeter Stiftung grosszügigerweise bereitgestellt.

  • Wenn du für die Ausstellung ausgewählt wirst, senden wir dir eine Anleitung mit den genauen Spezifikationen. Deine Bilder sollten aber mindestens über eine Auflösung von 150dpi haben.

  • Total sind es 50 Aussteller:innen. Auf eine fixe Anzahl möchten wir uns nicht festlegen, da wir auf Qualität und nicht Quantität setzen. Wir möchten die Fotografien ausstellen, welche die Jury überzeugen.

  • Sobald die Jury alle Arbeiten sichten konnte, teilt das IPFO schriftlich mit, ob du an der diesjährigen PHOTOVILLE4600 ausstellen kannst.
    Die Jurierung startet Ende Juni 2023. Bis spätestens am 24.06.24 solltest du von uns Bescheid bekommen ob du es geschafft hast oder nicht.

  • Du wirst schriftlich darüber informiert. Wichtig ist, du gehst bei einer Ablehnung nicht leer aus. Du erhältst von uns einen Gratiseintritt für die Ausstellung PHOTOVILLE4600 im Haus der Fotografie und wirst an einen Networking-Event inkl. Apéro eingeladen.

  • Ja, du kannst innerhalb von fünf Tagen nach Erhalt der finalen Teilnahmebestätigung schriftlich und ohne Begründung von der Teilnahme an der PHOTOVILLE4600 zurücktreten. Die Anmeldegebühr wird aber nicht zurückerstattet.

  • Widerspricht deine Arbeit dem Qualitätsanspruch oder den technischen Richtlinien darf IPFO eine Absage ohne Begründung erteilen.

  • Die Herstellung der Bilder erfolgt ausschliesslich durch unseren Partner Printolino.ch. Du musst für die Kosten aufkommen, profitierst dabei aber von einem interessanten Rabatt. Die Bilder gehören im Anschluss an die Ausstellung dir.

    Du bezahlst für die Prints, welche auf Alu-Dibond aufgezogen werden, ungefähr CHF 355.00 pro m2 (Rabatt schon eingerechnet). Dazu kommen pro Bild noch zwei Aufhängeösen für je CHF 7.00 (Preise inkl. Mwst).

    Denke daran, dass wir deine Bilder zum Verkauf anbieten können und du somit die Kosten mehr als wieder reinholen kannst.

    Die Bilder werden nach der Produktion von Printolino direkt zum IPFO transportiert und im Haus der Fotografie von unseren Mitarbeitern aufgehängt. Du musst dich also nicht darum kümmern.

  • Der Aufhängen deiner Bilder und Abbau erfolgt durch IPFO. Du kannst also entspannt der Vernissage entgegenschauen.

  • Deine Ausstellungsfläche darf nicht mit Visitenkarten, Flyern oder anderem Werbematerial bestückt werden.
    Wir werden neben deinen Bildern folgende Info zeigen:

    • Bio mit QR Code deiner Website

    • Bild- oder Arbeitsbeschreibung

    Die Beschriftung wird einheitlich durch IPFO angebracht.

  • Mit dem Einreichen deiner Bewerbung überträgst du die kostenlosen Nutzungsrechte deiner Arbeit an IPFO. Du gibst dich damit einverstanden, dass deine Bilder und Informationen im Rahmen der Fotoausstellung PHOTOVILLE4600 für elektronische Medien, für Werbezwecke sowie für die Pressearbeit frei verwendet werden dürfen. Wenn immer es möglich ist, werden wir das Copyright erwähnen. 
    Es besteht jedoch kein Anspruch auf Medien- oder Bildpräsenz.

  • Die Vermarktung der Fotoausstellung obliegt ausschließlich der IPFO. Den Teilnehmern der PHOTOVILLE4600 ist es untersagt, ihren Stand in irgendeiner Form zu vermarkten oder Sponsoren einzubinden.

  • IPFO ist berechtigt, Skizzen, Pläne, Fotos und Videos von deinen Fotos im Haus der Fotografie anzufertigen, die für eigene Zwecke, die Website, PR oder die Presse verwendet werden können.

  • For the third time, the IPFO is presenting an exclusive insight into the work of the best Swiss photographers. The PHOTOVILLE4600 exhibition shows the works of around 50 artists selected by a top-class international jury and presented in the House of Photography. In the festival year, the exhibition takes place outdoors for 5 days. In the interim year in the House of Photography.

    The best photographer will be selected from PHOTOVILLE4600 to win the IPFO SWISS PHOTO AWARD, which is endowed with CHF 2,500.00. There is also prize money of CHF 2,000.00 for each category.

    The Young Talent Award is aimed at photographers under the age of 25 and is awarded per category. The prize money amounts to CHF 500.00

    • You have the chance to win the IPFO Swiss Photo Award worth CHF 2,500.00.

    • You have the chance to win prize money of CHF 2,000.00 in your chosen category.

    • Show your best work to a large professional audience (photo editors, agents, press, gallery owners, etc.).

  • How much is the application fee?

    The application fee depends on the number of images you submit and must be paid by credit card at the time of registration.

    1-2 images: CHF 60.00

    3-4 pictures: CHF 90.00

    5-6 pictures: CHF 120.00

  • Yes, you are free to submit multiple projects. However, a maximum of 6 images per photographer will be shown at PHOTOVILLE4600.
    An entry consists of up to 6 images (single images or series).
    However, the jury can also select only 1 or 2 images. We will let you know if you are selected.

  • If you are selected for the PHOTOVILLE4600 by FUJIFILM photo exhibition, there will be a participation fee of CHF 170.00.

    In addition, there are the production costs of your pictures. The pictures have to be printed by our partner Printolino.ch. You will benefit from a special discount.

    Per m2 you pay for a picture (mounted on Alu-Dibond and matt laminated) approx. CHF 355.00 (discount already deducted). In addition, there are two hanging supports per picture for CHF 7.00 each (incl. VAT).

    Remember, we can offer your images for sale and you can more than recoup the cost.

    • The jury will award the IPFO SWISS PHOTO AWARD, which is endowed with prize money of CHF 2500.00, to the best photographer among all exhibitors.

    • A winner will also be chosen from each category. The prize money here is CHF 2,000.00

    • If you are 25 years or younger, you can also win the young talent prize (per category) worth CHF 500.00

    • All prizes will be paid out in cash (via bank transfer) and generously provided by the Hans and Beatrice Maurer-Billeter Foundation.

  • If you are selected for the exhibition, we will send you instructions with the exact specifications. However, your images should have at least 150dpi resolution at the image size you specify in the layout.

  • There are 50 exhibitors in total. We don't want to set a fixed number, as we focus on quality and not quantity. We want to exhibit the photographs that convince the jury.

  • As soon as the jury has been able to view all the works, the IPFO will inform you in writing whether you can exhibit at this year's PHOTOVILLE4600. The judging starts at the end of June 2023. You should be informed by 24.06.24 at the latest whether you have made it or not.

  • You will be informed in writing. It is important to note that you will not go away empty-handed if you are rejected. You will receive free admission to the PHOTOVILLE4600 exhibition at the Haus der Fotografie and will be invited to a networking event, including an aperitif.

  • Yes, you can withdraw from participation in PHOTOVILLE4600 in writing and without giving reasons within five days of receiving the final confirmation of participation. However, the registration fee will not be refunded.

  • If your work does not meet the quality requirements or the technical guidelines, IPFO may issue a rejection without giving reasons.

  • The images are produced exclusively by our partner Printolino.chPrintolino.ch. You have to pay the costs, but you benefit from an interesting discount. After the exhibition, the pictures are yours.

    You pay approximately CHF 355.00 per m2 for the prints, which are mounted on aluminum dibond (discount already included). In addition, there are two hanging loops per picture for CHF 7.00 each (prices incl. VAT).

    Remember that we can offer your pictures for sale, so you can more than recoup the costs.

    The pictures will be transported directly to IPFO after production by Printolino and hung up by our staff in the House of Photography. So you don't have to worry about it.

  • Your pictures will be hung up and taken down by IPFO. So you can relax and look forward to the vernissage.

  • Your exhibition space may not be covered with business cards, flyers or other advertising material. We will show the following information next to your pictures:

    • Bio with QR code of your website

    • Image or work description

    The labeling will be applied uniformly by IPFO.

  • By submitting your application, you transfer the free rights of use of your work to IPFO. You agree that your images and information may be used freely for electronic media, for advertising purposes and for press work in the context of the PHOTOVILLE4600 photo exhibition. Whenever possible, we will mention the copyright. However, there is no entitlement to media or image presence.

  • The marketing of the photo exhibition is the sole responsibility of IPFO. Participants of PHOTOVILLE4600 are prohibited from marketing their booth in any way or involving sponsors.

  • IPFO is entitled to make sketches, plans, photos and videos of the stands, which can be used for its own purposes, the website, PR or the press.

  • Pour la troisième fois déjà, l'IPFO présente un aperçu exclusif du travail des meilleurs photographes suisses. L'exposition PHOTOVILLE4600 présente les œuvres d'environ 50 artistes sélectionnés par un jury international de haut niveau et présentés à la Maison de la Photographie. Pendant l'année du festival, l'exposition a lieu en plein air pendant 5 jours. Pendant l'année intermédiaire, à la Maison de la Photographie.

    Parmi les PHOTOVILLE4600, le/la meilleur(e) photographe sera sélectionné(e) et remportera le IPFO SWISS PHOTO AWARD, doté de CHF 2'500. Pour chaque catégorie, il existe en outre un prix de 2'000.00 CHF.

  • Oui, tu es libre de présenter plusieurs projets. Cependant, un maximum de 6 images par photographe:in sera présenté à PHOTOVILLE4600.

    Une inscription comprend jusqu'à 6 images (images individuelles ou série).
    Mais le jury peut aussi ne sélectionner qu'une ou deux images. Nous te le ferons savoir si tu es sélectionné.

  • Si tu es sélectionné pour l'exposition de photos PHOTOVILLE4600, tu devras payer des frais de participation de 170.00 CHF.

    A cela s'ajoutent les coûts de production de tes photos. Les photos doivent être imprimées chez notre partenaire Printolino.ch. Tu profites d'une réduction spéciale.

    Par m2, tu paieras environ CHF 355.00 pour une image (montée sur Alu-Dibond et laminée mat) ( réduction déjà déduits). De plus, tu recevras deux accroches par image pour 7.00 CHF chacune (TVA incluse).

    N'oublie pas que nous pouvons proposer tes photos à la vente aussi bien à la Maison de la Photographie que dans notre boutique en ligne et que tu pourras largement récupérer les coûts.

  • Si tu es sélectionné pour l'exposition, nous t'enverrons des instructions avec les spécifications exactes. Cependant, tes images doivent avoir une résolution minimale de 150dpi.

  • Au total, il y a 50 exposants. Nous ne voulons pas nous engager sur un nombre fixe, car nous misons sur la qualité et non sur la quantité. Nous souhaitons exposer les photographies qui ont convaincu le jury.

  • Dès que le jury aura examiné tous les travaux, l'IPFO t'informera par écrit si tu peux exposer à PHOTOVILLE4600 cette année. Le jury commence à la fin du mois de juin 2023. Au plus tard le 24/06/24, nous devrions te faire savoir si tu as été retenu ou non.

  • Tu seras informé par écrit. Ce qui est important, c'est que tu ne repartiras pas les mains vides en cas de refus. Nous te donnerons une entrée gratuite pour l'exposition PHOTOVILLE4600 à la Maison de la Photographie et tu seras invité à un événement de réseautage, apéritif compris.

  • Oui, tu peux annuler ta participation à PHOTOVILLE4600 par écrit et sans justification dans les cinq jours suivant la réception de la confirmation finale de participation. Cependant, les frais d'inscription ne seront pas remboursés.

  • Si ton travail va à l'encontre des exigences de qualité ou des directives techniques, IPFO est en droit d'émettre un refus sans justification.

  • La production des images est assurée exclusivement par notre partenaire Printolino.ch. Tu dois payer les frais, mais tu profites d'un rabais intéressant. Les images t'appartiennent après l'exposition.

    Tu paieras environ CHF 355.00 par m2 pour les tirages qui seront montés sur Alu-Dibond (rabais déjà inclus). A cela s'ajoutent deux œillets de suspension par image, pour un montant de CHF 7.00 chacun (prix TVA comprise).

    N'oublie pas que nous pouvons proposer tes images à la vente et que tu peux ainsi largement récupérer les coûts.

    Après la production, les images sont directement transportées par Printolino à l'IPFO et accrochées à la Maison de la Photographie par nos collaborateurs. Tu n'as donc pas à t'en occuper.

  • L'accrochage de tes photos et le démontage sont assurés par IPFO. Tu peux donc attendre le vernissage en toute sérénité.

  • Ton espace d'exposition ne doit pas être rempli de cartes de visite, de flyers ou de tout autre matériel publicitaire. Nous afficherons l'info suivante à côté de tes images :

    • Bio avec code QR de ton site web

    • Description de l'image ou du travail

    • Les inscriptions seront apposées de manière uniforme par IPFO.

  • En soumettant ta candidature, tu cèdes les droits d'utilisation gratuits de ton travail à IPFO. Tu acceptes que tes images et informations soient utilisées librement dans le cadre de l'exposition photo PHOTOVILLE4600 pour les médias électroniques, à des fins publicitaires ainsi que pour les relations presse. Dans la mesure du possible, nous mentionnerons le copyright. Il n'existe cependant aucun droit à une présence dans les médias ou sur les images.

  • La commercialisation de l'exposition photo incombe exclusivement à IPFO. Il est interdit aux participants de PHOTOVILLE4600 de commercialiser leur stand de quelque manière que ce soit ou d'impliquer des sponsors.

  • IPFO a le droit de réaliser des croquis, des plans, des photos et des vidéos de tes photos à la Maison de la Photographie, qui peuvent être utilisés à des fins personnelles, sur le site Internet, pour les relations publiques ou dans la presse.
