We want you to feel as comfortable and welcome as possible. We have a hospitality team to answer questions, organize trips and take on requests. Please don’t hesitate to contact us

TRANSPORT
Transport to the hotel is organized and you will be picked up at the airport or train station by our team – watch out for someone holding an IPFO sign.  

ACCOMMODATION
Hotel Olten, Bahnhofstrasse 5, 4600 Olten

BADGE
You will be handed out a badge at your arrival. It will help our staff recognize you and give you free entry to everything you want to see at our festival including free food & beverages at the festival tent as well as at the Restaurant Astoria and Gryffe.

FOOD & BEVERAGES
You’re welcome to eat and drink at Hotel Olten, in our IPFO tent, as well as at Restaurant Astoria and Gryffe at any time, and simply advise the staff to put it on our IPFO bill.
Please note that dinner cannot be taken at the hotel, as the hotel restaurant closes at 6 pm. Our guest services team is always available to assist you with meal arrangements and ensure you are well taken care of.
Make sure to allow enough time before your keynote, seminar, workshop, portfolio review, or other commitments.

SEMINARS & WORKSHOPS Please be at your location 30 minutes before your seminar or workshop starts: just to be sure, that your laptop and the technique works etc. If you have any problems with the setup, don’t try too long, just call one of our tech people.

OLTEN & LOCATIONS
Everything is reachable within foot distance, check out the map or the one in the festival booklet which we will give you upon arrival. More about Olten
Oh, and about Olten: The River Aare runs right through the city – a clean, refreshing river perfect for swimming. More than one IPFO guest has already enjoyed a dip there.
